Thank you for your willingness to help make Pedal Past Poverty a success. Please let us know your availability. Our greatest need is for help retrieving and returning bikes, as well as event set-up. It takes 50+ volunteers to make this happen, so please share with your family and friends. Looking forward to seeing you and having a fun and successful PPP 2022!

PREP WORK 2/22 - 2/24 (gather materials, sort t-shirts, stuff goodie bags.) Please list your availability during this time, if any:

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (at Main Office,12 Civic Center Plaza, Ste 2145)
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Bike Retrieval @ YMCA and other gyms)
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (@MRCI East Park - 1750 Energy Drive)

Saturday, 2/26/2022 (Day of Event)

7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
1:00 PM to event cleanup (3:00 PM approx.)
2:00 PM to 4:00 (assist with return of bikes to gyms)

Volunteer Waiver *

I agree to allow P4H to use any photos or images of me taken at the time of my volunteer services to be used in (including but not limited to) publications, displays, posters, brochures, and on their website in order to raise awareness of homelessness and of the mission of Partners for Housing. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless Partners Housing from any and all responsibility or liability. I understand for that I will not receive compensation, should the images, videos, photographs be used.
I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN AND ACKNOLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE EFFECTIVE AND BINDING UPON ME DURING THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER AS TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH PARTICIPATION. THE RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS GRANTED TO PEDAL PAST POVERTY REPRESENTATIVES IN SECTION 2 SHALL CONTINUE IN PERPETUITY.
